Can I track the status of my production in real time?

Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to track your order in real time.

However, you will be kept up to date if the status of your order changes. The following procedure will notify you of any changes.

1. Order has been received
2. Order is being processed
3. Order has been shipped

Once your order has been shipped, you will also receive a tracking number to track your package.
