How are misprints and returns handled?

There are two possible scenarios for misprints.

Scenario 1:
If we make a mistake during printing and the quality is not up to our usual standard, we will print a new product without billing the store owner. Our strict quality control ensures that misprints do not reach the consumer in the first place.

If you are still not satisfied with a print, feel free to contact us. Together we will find a solution that satisfies everyone.

Scenario 2:

If a misprint occurs for which the store operator is responsible, for example due to a faulty or bad motif, the store operator himself must be held liable. If such an error is discovered during our quality control, we will contact the store operator as soon as possible.

Returns are collected by us and sent back to the store operator at regular intervals. At the moment, we are not planning to put returns back on sale.
